Nearly 89,000 fans were in the stands to welcome and praise their heroes and sing for their nation. All eyes were on Messi when he walked in with his team alongside Luka Modrić and his men to start the battle of many expectations. The match started and noticeably Croatia lacked the speed they relied on in the previous matches. And it was just the in the 31^st minute when Livaković tackled Julián Álvarez in a bizarre way inside the penalty area and Argentina were awarded a penalty

And guess who was going to take it, obviously Messi and in the 33^rd minute when Messi embraces his moment again to equalize with Mbappé as the highest goal scorer of this tournament.

The match was on its way again but just in the 39^th minute, Messi nicked the ball to clear it through the midfield amidst a counter attack from Argentina and from there Julián Álvarez picked up the ball and stormed towards the Croatian goal to bypass everybody and give Argentina a 2 goals lead cushion.

After that there were nervous moments for both but in the 69^th minute Messi started to approach towards the Croatian Box with the ball dribbling it through the defence of inside the box and here came the amazing touch of the magician towards Álvarez and without any problems he finds the back of the net to put the final nail in the coffin for Croatia.

Though Álvarez Scored but the Architect was Messi.

Croatia did the best but could not make it while millions of Argentina & Messi fans were living what they dreamed of, To watch a smiling and proud Messi at the End of the match.
